My heart was full of joy while watching the videotape of the Toronto Scholasticans'. Palabas on the occasion of your 10th anniversary, I thought I was there myself with other Benedictine Sisters beaming with pride. We salute you all! I can just imagine the long preparation and prayers! You are the embodiment of our theme this schoolyear: Building a transforming community of peace. Patuloy ninyo!

Elsieta's visit was exciting! She showed us pictures and filled us up with more news. Did she tell you that I am coming to visit you this October? I will be attending the World Piano Pedagogy Conference in Orlando, Florida on Oct.24-27. Are these dates OK with you? I will be finalizing my itinerary by next week.

Last Sunday, we had a very successful concert, "The Lighter Side of Music". Our alumnae including Mother Angelica Leviste performed old favorites arranged for 2-pianos,organ and 2 synthesizers.  We had a full house, mostly alumnae. It was a sort of alumnae reunion. Masaya! Will tell you more when I see you.
