Re:  Report to Membership

Wishing you a peaceful and successful new year 2002!  Your new set of officers have mandated themselves to uphold the scholastican spirit of ora et labora, to move forward and to carry out the goals of the association.

Please find attached, the SSCAAC's Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the Year Ending December 31, 2001 which is self- explanatory.

Our big event for 2002, jointly spearheaded by the chapter presidents of the St. Scholastica's Alumnae Association in North America, is the Las Vegas Grand Reunion to be held at the Bally's Hotel & Casino on June 20 - 24, 2002.  We have enclosed the promotional flyer as well as the registration form for those members whom we cannot reach via e-mail.  (More details are available at:  www.scholastican.org).  We are expecting a good turn-out of Scholasticans from around the world.  Do plan to be there too!

We have also tentatively scheduled a garage sale towards the end of May, details of which will be announced later.  In the meantime, our committees are studying various activities that would be of high interest to members and we are truly excited of the different possibilities which we will share with you, just as soon as practicable.
